Cut potatoes into cubes. Put it in a saucepan.
Pour cold water, add 2 teaspoons of salt and boil.
Drain the water after the potatoes are boiled. Add nutmeg, grate half a clove of garlic.
Proceed to mashed potatoes and add 100 ml of milk.
Puree is ready.
In the meantime, start frying the cutlets in oil over low heat.
Fry for a few minutes on both sides.
Put the mashed potatoes on a plate, then the cutlet, onion and cilantro and put a piece of melted butter on top.
